Wild Garlic is a Bulbous, Perennial Plant Usually Found Growing in Large Clumps.  Often Covering Woodland Floors or River Banks.

 

 

The Vibrant Green Leaves are Long and Pointed with a Smooth Edge and  Long Stalks which are Best Picked when they are Young,  which can be as Early as January.  The Flowers are White and Star Shaped with 6 Segments.  They Form Delicate White Clusters and Tend to Bloom Mid Spring.  The Flowers are also Edible and can look Pretty and Decorative when added to Salads and other Food Dishes.
